This webinar will provide you with a better understanding of recent advancements and provide you with cost-effective solutions to better control corrosion in your pipeline assets. Covered topics will include:

  • Different types of polymer liner materials, material advancements and the broadened technical envelop
  • Condition assessment of previously installed polymer lining systems
  • Condition assessment of the host pipe behind the polymer liner
  • New applications made possible by these advancements such as PHMSA regulated pipelines
  • Case studies

HEBNA in Mexico

Project Reports, Technical Talk, Uncategorized|0 Comments

HEBNA has completed two projects in Mexico, an 8″ job and a 10″ job.  HEBNA used the same compressed fit liner (CFL) technology that has been so popular with its customers in the United States and Canada.  HEBNA CFL technology uses a proprietary hydraulically powered roller box system to reduce stress on the liner during installation.  As usual, HEBNA uses the best quality liner available , HEBNA HDRC, which exceeds PE100 specifications.  HEBNA HDRC utilizes high density polyethylene that is resistant to both slow crack growth and rapid crack propagation.

There are plenty of challenges working in Mexico, but HEBNA’s customer focus is enabling many successful relationships to develop there.  HEBNA looks forward to developing a strong presence in Mexico, that will be a strong compliment to its established US and Canadian operations.
